you’re probably just not eating enough calories in general! try incorporating some healthy fats into your diet in general. avocados are great, for one, and definitely make sure you’re getting your omega 3s! flax seeds are great and flax oil is wonderful for salads etc.
ALSO try some vegan baking because man that is GOOD STUFF.
I’m not a nutritionist or anything sooo I don’t want to be too clinical abt giving advice. I’d definitely recommend reading Becoming Vegan by Vesanto Melina and Brenda Davis. awesome book abt everything you need to know abt being a healthy vegan :)
